Wii Sports Resort

The upcoming game by Nintendo exclusively for their Wii platform- Wii Sports Resort is actually a collection of many mini-games. What makes the game special is that it uses the recently released Wii MotionPlus game controller to its best effect. The game will feature many arcade and sports games like table tennis, Frisbee golf, basketball, archery, air sports, and the list goes on. The game was recently showcased at the E3 expo and a press conference held by Nintendo in the first week of June. The game looked pretty exciting and has something for everybody in it.

The button controls are minimized to promote more interaction by user. The Wii MotionPlus is deeply integrated in the game’s control structure. All the games bundled in this package work superbly with Wii MotionPlus. The player’s actions are reflected in 1:1 ration on the Wii screen. In Table tennis, racket can easily rotate racket, swap between forehand and backhand and even spin the ball. The other games like Skydiving, basketball, archery are also impressive with their exciting gameplay. The game also features an “Island Tour”, which as the name suggests, lets you fly around leisurely and explore the resort island.
So, to conclude, it will be fair to say that the Wii Sports Resort is an all-round package which everyone will enjoy. To enjoy the game, you must get used to handling the Wii MotionPlus controller efficiently. This will take some time. The game will be released in the North America on July 26.
